Renegade 7 Outdoor Gym

Renegade 7 is not a commercial gym. It is a high-intensity outdoor training facility in Almancil built for people who treat fitness as a lifestyle, not a monthly subscription they forget about. With both covered and fully open-air training areas near Igreja de São Lourenço, it offers a raw, unfiltered environment for athletes at every level who are serious about what they are doing. Their community is built on commitment, and their events reflect that. When they needed those events to look the part online, they brought Calliope in.

What we did

Renegade 7 already had their day-to-day content handled. What they needed was a focused, reliable partner to take ownership of their event promotion specifically, and that is exactly what we do. This is one of those projects that illustrates why Calliope operates the way it does: we offer bespoke, tailored services that fit around what clients already have, filling the gaps without disrupting what is already working.

For each event, we work with the Renegade 7 team to develop a full promotional strategy from the ground up. That means mapping out the content arc: static image teasers to build anticipation, detail visuals with all the event information, WOD reveals to get the community talking, urgency posts as the date approaches, and partner promos that extend reach beyond the existing audience.

We then bring that strategy to life, creating all the graphic visuals and promotional images optimised for Instagram, writing the copy for each post, and producing the header image and copy for each event published on Luma. Every piece is built to feel consistent with who Renegade 7 is: intense, direct, and uncompromising.

A note on how we work: Not every client needs the same thing. Some need full-service social media management. Others, like Renegade 7, have a strong foundation and just need a specific layer of support done properly. Calliope is built to work either way.
